WSJ, “Bob’s Mobile Office and Daycare Center, And Other Innovative Balancing Acts”, (Work and Family, Sue Shellenbarger, 12/26/02, p. D1)

The 2nd bullet in this article says “Family caregivers will draw the spotlight as pillars of the nation’s long-term care system.” Then it goes on to cite that the number of frail elderly is projected to rise 35% in the coming decade, a great statistic to use in selling work-site coverage as we present LTCI as “Productivity Insurance” and highlight the MetLife study that says those employees whose family members have LTCI are twice as likely to stay on the job. I’ll be adding this 35% statistic to my 2003 update of my Worksite Marketing System, and the MetLife stat is already in there. www.WSJ.com
