The Conference Facility:

Willis Conference Center

Just minutes from the Nashville airport, the Willis Conference Center Amphitheatre has been LTC Consultants’ favorite seminar location since 1998. It features tiered schoolroom seating that accommodates up to 200 people. The amphitheatre's front and rear screen projection facilities and performance-quality acoustics make it the ideal location for our training meetings. You’ll just love the atmosphere -- and the all-day beverages and snacks (the cookies are to-die for!)

Regular Registration Price is $699.

After May 15, 2010 - if there are still seats - $699.

Multiple Attendees (5 or more)*- $449 each.
*All registrations must be submitted together.

Returning Alumni** - $499.
**Returning alumni must have attended a 2-day seminar
conducted by Phyllis Shelton and be in our database

On-Site Registration:
There are two registration opportunities. Pre-registration will be held at Embassy Suites Hotel from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on May 24th. The opening reception from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on May 24 requires that you have a name badge which you will receive when you register onsite. Conference registration will also be held beginning at 7:00 a.m. on May 25th - the first full day of the conference - which is held at Willis Conference Center - just down the street from Embassy Suites Hotel.

The conference on May 25th and 26th will begin at 7:00 a.m. at Willis Conference Center with continental breakfast with our sponsors and exhibitors. Lunch will be served each day (May 25 & 26) along with snacks and beverages throughout each day. Dress is business casual. Since meeting room temperatures vary, please bring a sweater or jacket.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are available until March 15 only. After March 15, no refunds will be issued but a full credit will be provided toward LTC Consultants' merchandise only.
