Colorado Governor Repeals Requirement
to Offer Basic or Standard Plans

The Governor of Colorado has signed HB 1225 that repeals the requirement that an insurance carrier offering, marketing, or selling long term care insurance offer the choice of a basic long term care plan or a standard long term care plan in addition to any other plan offered, effective 8/8/05.
